The compact version of the XF Bar, the XF Short Bar, reduces the length of the shaft and sleeve, and features a narrower rim to decrease the overall length of the bar while maintaining functionality and performance. The bar weighs 15 kg and has a 28 mm diameter shaft, our least aggressive knurling, and dual grip markings. Due to its shorter length, the bar is ideal for training in tight spaces, such as home workouts or group fitness settings and functional fitness training. Although its functionality is the same as our standard XF bar, the shorter shaft means that the bar may not be suitable for certain users for snatches. This bar can only be used paired with the Classic Squat Rack, the Light Squat Rack, and the Classic Seal Row.
