Description: The HOIST® Decline Chest Press, model RPL-5305, provides a safe and comfortable position for users for targeted chest exercises with ROX™ technology. The machine aligns the user at chest level with the handles and then rocks backward to mimic the movement of the decline chest press, providing a more stable and ergonomically correct posture than exercises with free weights. The independent, converging press arms provide a natural movement, minimizing stress on the anterior shoulder capsule, and allowing for a low starting weight. The curved press arm handles offer multiple grip positions for every user. The built-in weight storage is generously sized, allowing users to easily add plates to the machine while keeping the gym tidy and space-efficient.
