When using the One Leg Kick machine, you place one knee on the pad and keep your upper body leaning against the chest support. You hold the handle in front of you, place your free leg on the leg arm, and then push it back. Since only one side is used at a time, the dominant leg cannot take over the work, allowing you to train the glute muscles in a balanced manner. The movement of Gymleco's unique machine arm is very smooth, providing optimal ergonomic movement with the correct muscle load throughout the exercise.
