Description: The HOIST® Incline Chest Press, model RPL-5303, provides a safe and comfortable position for users for targeted upper chest exercises with ROX™ technology. The machine aligns the user at chest level with the press arms and then rocks backward to mimic the movement of an incline chest press, providing a more stable and ergonomically correct posture than exercises performed with free weights. The independent, converging press arms offer a natural movement, minimizing stress on the anterior shoulder capsule and allowing for a low starting weight. The curved press arm handles provide multiple grip positions for every user. The built-in weight storage is generously sized, allowing users to easily add plates to the machine while keeping the gym tidy and space-efficient.
